I’ve missed a bunch of those, too; of those, the one I’d see next is Manchurian Candidate or the restored Metropolis. I can say that of the ones listed, it’s a real shame you haven’t seen Chinatown, Lawrence of Arabia, or Godfather II yet. In the next tier, Ben Hur is pretty good too in its way, and I also rather liked Dances with Wolves, but appear to be in the minority in that. More negatively Raging Bull is very good, but also unpleasant stuff, I watched a lot of it through my hands, or at least it feels that way remembering it. Finally, I don’t think you’ve missed all that much with Twin Peaks, its moment has passed.
