So the white house is blogging… good. But instead of being open about it … “here is a presidential aid / representative fielding your questions and relaying experiences” we have “yes, here we have the President of the United States of America, taking time to sit down and write cookie cutter responses to random questions”. Right…
Aside from that– what’s up with this closing line?
I’m looking forward to seeing Laura and Barney and Beazley and the Kitty. After all, there’s no better place to lay your head than in your own bed with people you love.
“Lay your head in your own bed with people you love”? Am I reading into this too much or does that sound really sexual– and hilarious, considering that the “people” he just mentioned were his wife and three pets.
Another interpretation is that a low-level whitehouse blogger is having an affair with the first lady.
…and her pets.
