		<description>Agreed.  Horrible software, awful customer service.  the most recent version freezes every time I try to connect my Dash.  If you are going to spend money, spend money on software that actually works.</description>

		<description>I got Bethany the Dash for Christmas.  It seemed slow and I was disappointed that most windows mobile software didn't work with it (you needed the "smartphone" edition software).  Then she smashed the screen, and so she's back to a regular phone.

I've been using Treo's since 2002 (the 180, 600, and now 650), and like those.</description>
