This was funny enough, but I suspected that it was a direct parody of another poster and I got curious. Googling only for “dvd piracy poster” (without the quotes) I found this wipo site (thanks for representing my interests, wipo…) which links to this industry group which distributes this pdf. Here is a screenshot of the original:

Bravo I like it
No Guarantee Of: a refund!
I’m pretty sure that if you get a pirated copy you won’t pay for it and won’t need a refund
I feel if I purchase anything, I have the right to transfer it to any media I wish to use, seems it should be a very basic right to view what you own any way you want. Obviously, the law does not agree!!
God, that’s brilliant. (Here via Sideshow, btw.)
The law was bought by Industry. The law is corrupt. The law is wrong.
I don’t think DVD piracy should be illegal. I’ve never done it, but I it shouldn’t be against the law. If I buy a DVD from a store I should be able to use it how I want to. Weather that be copying it to my computer to watch it without carrying the DVD with me, or copying it to my mp3 player to watch it on the way to school. What’s the difference from music to videos? We copy song to our hard drives, we copy songs to our mp3 players. Why can’t we do that with videos?
