I’ve discovered a big problem with Blosxom (the blogging software that powers t
his site) and the Writeback plugin (which enables loyal readers like you to lea
ve comments below): if I move a post from one category to another, all the comm
ents for that post get disassociated from it. (They still exist in the filesyst
em, and i can manually move them if I feel like digging around).
Boo hoo.
Maybe the database solutions have some merit…. I hate to say it. I think. Why
did I ever want flat files anyway? My how we change.
